موعد خدمة مصرية بتشغّل موظف استقبال بالذكاء الاصطناعي على رقم واتساب العيادات الخاصة. بيرد على المرضى بالعامية، ويقول الأسعار والمواعيد الفاضية من بيانات العيادة، ويحجز، ويحوّل أي سؤال طبي أو شكوى للسكرتيرة.
بدأنا الفكرة لأن رسايل كتير بتوصل العيادات بالليل وفي أيام الإجازة، والمريض اللي محدش بيرد عليه بيكلم عيادة تانية. موعد بيخلّي الرد يوصل في ثواني، والقرار الطبي يفضل في إيد الدكتور.

Mo3ed is an AI receptionist for private clinics in Egypt. It runs on the clinic's own WhatsApp Business number, answers patients in Egyptian Arabic, quotes prices and open slots from the clinic's own data, books appointments, and hands medical questions, complaints and emergencies to the clinic's staff. It never gives medical advice, and it tells patients in its first reply that it is the clinic's AI assistant.

Messages are sent and received through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Replies are written by Claude models from Anthropic. Appointments are stored in a private database that only our server can access.
