Data deletion instructions

Patients

You can ask us to delete your stored conversations and appointments in any of these ways:

1. Email info@mo3ed.com with the WhatsApp number you used and the clinic's name.
2. Send the same details on WhatsApp to +20 122 025 5907.
3. Ask the clinic, which will forward the request to us.

We verify that the request comes from the owner of the number, delete the conversations and appointments linked to it within 30 days, and send a confirmation. If you have an upcoming appointment, we inform the clinic before deleting it.

Clinics

Contact us from the clinic's registered email or number. We delete the clinic's data and all of its patients' data within 30 days of the subscription ending or of the request, and can provide a copy before deletion.

What is deleted

• Conversation history, including transcribed voice messages.
• Appointments, names and phone numbers.
• Hand-off requests to clinic staff.

Messages on your phone and in WhatsApp itself are controlled by WhatsApp, not by us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
