Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Mo3ed, a brand owned and operated by Peter Adel Gerges Matta, Building 29, El Seil El Gedid, Aswan, Egypt. By subscribing a clinic to the service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Mo3ed is an AI assistant that runs on a clinic's WhatsApp number. It replies to patients, shares prices and available times from the clinic's own data, books appointments, and hands conversations to clinic staff when needed.

2. No medical advice

Mo3ed does not provide diagnosis, medical advice or treatment, and it hands any medical question or emergency to the clinic. Medical decisions and responsibility for them rest solely with the doctor and the clinic. In an emergency, patients should call an ambulance (123) or go to the nearest hospital.

3. Subscription and payment

  • The subscription is monthly and paid in advance. A one-time setup fee is paid before launch. Current prices are on the pricing page.
  • A clinic can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. The setup fee is non-refundable after launch.
  • Meta's charges for business-initiated messages (such as reminders) are not included in the subscription.

4. Clinic obligations

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date prices, doctors and working hours, and tell us about changes.
  • Own the WhatsApp number used, and comply with the WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's Commerce Policy.
  • Follow up on conversations handed to staff.
  • Let patients know the clinic uses an AI assistant, which Mo3ed also states in its first reply.

5. Data

Clinic and patient data belongs to the clinic. We process it on the clinic's behalf under our Privacy Policy. When a subscription ends we delete the data within 30 days, and the clinic may request a copy before deletion.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep replies accurate and the service available, but AI can make mistakes and the service may be interrupted by outages at WhatsApp or our providers. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the clinic paid in the last three months.

7. Suspension

We may suspend the service, after notice, for a clinic that breaches these terms or WhatsApp policies, or whose payment is more than 15 days late.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
