Mo3ed is an AI receptionist for private clinics in Egypt. It runs on the clinic's own WhatsApp Business number, answers patients in colloquial Egyptian or formal Arabic, quotes prices and open slots from the clinic's own data, books appointments, and hands medical questions, complaints and emergencies to the clinic's staff. It never gives medical advice, and it tells patients in its first reply that it is the clinic's AI assistant.
Clinics receive many messages at night and on holidays, and a patient who gets no reply contacts another clinic. Mo3ed answers within seconds while medical decisions stay with the doctor.
